Job summary

Re-Bath, LLC is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the brand inside partner retail locations in Concord/Kannapolis, NC. You will engage homeowners, introduce them to products and help schedule free in-home design consultations.

This role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, staying active, and bringing positive energy to every interaction. Full-time position with 18+ per hour base pay and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging customers in a retail environment.
• Positive attitude, professional presence and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple locations.
• Ability to deliver Product Knowledge training.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 40 miles daily.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background and drug screening.
• Availability Monday–Saturday and flexibility for schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store associates and store leadership
• Provide product knowledge support, and training to store associates
• Maintain displays, brochures, and promotional materials across assigned locations
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, store events, and promotional events as needed
• Represent the Re-Bath brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the local market (up to 40 miles per day)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must successfully pass a 50-state background check and drug screening
• Monday-Friday and Saturday availability required
