Job summary

Home Brands Group LLC is looking for a store-based role to drive customer engagement and generate in-home estimate leads in partner stores. You will deliver Product Knowledge training to store teams and maintain branded materials in assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for store conversations.
• Comfortable engaging customers, store associates, and leadership.
• Able to deliver Product Knowledge training to staff.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 40 miles daily.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed and pass a 50-state background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years or older and available to work in-store on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in partner stores to generate leads for in-home estimates.
• Set accurate expectations to support high conversion and reduce cancellations.
• Deliver PK training to store associates for confident brand representation.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and leadership.
• Maintain displays, brochures, and branded materials in assigned locations.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and participate in in-store or outdoor events as needed.
