Job summary

Stronghouse is seeking a Retail Event Marketer to drive lead generation and brand awareness at events and big-box retail locations. You will engage customers face-to-face, capture information, and set appointments while representing the brand with a professional presence.

In this role, you will exceed lead targets, work with the Territory Field Marketing Manager, and travel locally within your territory. Evening and weekend availability is required to maximize store coverage and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, events, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality and confidence engaging customers.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings and weekdays/weekends.
