ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Clermont, FL. This role focuses on engaging customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for ARS heating and cooling services.

You will discuss home comfort solutions and energy efficiency with shoppers, delivering friendly, face-to-face conversations while representing the ARS brand and promoting in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Must be able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in-store and introduce ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.
• Dip into conversations about energy efficiency and indoor air quality to generate leads.
• Schedule free in-home consultations and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a positive in-store presence and support promotions with store management.
