Job summary

Princess Polly is seeking a Retail Store Keyleader for our Valley Fair Retail Store in Santa Clara. You will oversee store opening/closing and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, leading the team to hit sales targets and ensure operational efficiency. Ready to step up as on-duty leader, you will mentor staff and drive training and development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail industry.
• 1+ year in retail management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire associates.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision making.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Great sense of style.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends.
• Lifting and carrying boxes up to 20 lbs.
• Salary banding: $19-22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform operational duties including opening/closing registers, visual merchandising, inventory management and light housekeeping.
• Build brand loyalty and awareness through memorable in-store experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
