Princess Polly is seeking a Retail Store Keyleader to drive daily store operations, mentor a sales team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in our fast-paced Los Angeles area retail environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager and supporting initiatives in onboarding, training, and achieving sales targets, you will lead by example, uphold visual standards, and demonstrate our values to create memorable in-store experiences for shoppers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail industry.
• 1+ year experience in retail management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Open and close registers, manage store operations, and maintain visual standards.
