Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Store Associate to join our retail team. You will support the store management in opening/closing, cash handling, stock, merchandising and maintaining a clean, presented store environment.

You will deliver authentic customer service, build product knowledge, and strive to meet sales goals while representing our brands with enthusiasm and professionalism in a fast-paced setting. This position is based in North Carolina and offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in customer-facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated sales success.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences by offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.
