Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a dependable store team member in Minnesota to support management, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment. The role is based in the Eagan area, with compensation described in the store salary section.

You will assist with opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and delivering authentic customer service while ensuring health and safety standards are met. This position requires flexibility and a commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible schedule; availability mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Be a role model for the team with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create great customer experiences with authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Help achieve sales goals and KPIs by supporting local marketing and store initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies including health and safety and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store, at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales goals and performance metrics & driving the store’s success, by being an ambassador and supporting in local marketing effort.
• Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.
