Job summary

GameStop in Owasso, Oklahoma is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist in managing store activities, provide exceptional guest service, and promote products. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of related experience, and video game knowledge is preferred. Responsibilities include processing transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean shopping environment while fostering customer loyalty. Working hours will include weekdays, nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities.
• Provide outstanding guest service experiences.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Promote GameStop’s unique guest benefits.
• Conduct store inventory counts and maintain organization.
