Job summary

GameStop in Oklahoma City is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist with store management and provide exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail experience, a high school diploma, and a passion for video games. Responsibilities include supervising store activities, promoting guest programs, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team in executing and supervising store activities.
• Provide outstanding guest service experiences within a sales culture.
• Promote GameStop’s guest benefits, such as the Pro Rewards program.
• Ensure areas of the store are clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
