Job summary

SalonCentric, a L'Oréal USA subsidiary, seeks a Part Time Key Holder in Scottsdale to deliver exceptional service to salon professionals and educate customers on new products and promotions.

Role includes assisting in inventory, processing sales, and maintaining store presentation while collaborating with a friendly team. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills required.
• Basic reading and math skills needed.
• Experience with point of sale systems preferred (SAP experience).
• Must be able to work weekends per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer by delivering exceptional service to Salon professionals.
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions and events.
• Process and replenish merchandise and participate in inventory counts.
• Maintain store appearance and handle sales and returns accurately.
• Share beauty product knowledge and industry trends with customers.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and priorities.

Team Member Competencies/Responsibilities:

• Wow the Customer - Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals
• Deliver Results - Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, upcoming sales events and advertised products; process and replenish merchandise; prepare and participate in physical inventories and periodic cycle counts; maintain store appearance; process sales and return transactions.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
