Job summary

SalonCentric Key Holder – Part Time in San Jose, CA seeks an enthusiastic team member to deliver outstanding customer service to salon professionals. You’ll support sales, inform customers about promotions, and help maintain an engaging store environment.

Key duties include processing transactions, replenishing stock, and contributing to inventories while learning about top beauty brands through ongoing product education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication are essential.
• Retail experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range

From: $18.70

To: $20.70
