Job summary

SalonCentric is hiring a Part Time Team Member in New Jersey to deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals and promote premium beauty brands. You will educate customers on promotions, assist with inventory, and keep the store looking inviting.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, teamwork, and ongoing learning in a dynamic retail environment. Applicants should have strong communication skills, retail experience preferred, basic math, and the ability to operate a POS system;

• Basic reading and math skills.
• Must be able to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Team Member Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $16.30

To: $18.30
