Job summary

Planet Aid in Baltimore is seeking a Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will assist team leads and management with opening and closing duties, security checks, deposits, and routine administrative tasks.

This role emphasizes customer service, staff training, loss prevention, and executing selling initiatives. You will communicate policies, maintain morale, and help drive the store’s sales plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of retail management and 6 months of supervisory experiences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening/closing duties, including cash reconciliation, bank deposits, safety inspections, etc.
• Maintain a consistent high level of customer service and productivity on the sales floor and in production.
• Participate in training new employees.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention procedures and training staff on them.
• Lead daily selling activities and assist with the store's sales plan (MOD).
• Ensure company/store policies and SOPs are communicated and followed.
