Goodwill North Central Texas in Arlington, TX is seeking a Retail Key Holder - FT to support daily store operations and customer interactions at Store #21 Arkansas — 1100 West Arkansas Lane, Arlington, Texas. The role involves operating the POS, stocking merchandise, and assisting customers and donors with a friendly demeanor.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with varying days and hours, two days off weekly.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience.
• Ability to operate POS, Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal, 10-key adding machine, and general cash handling.
• Team player mentality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock and merchandise on the sales floor.
• Assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Open/close procedures with store management when needed.
• May travel to Corporate Office meetings or other locations for assignments.
