Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Las Vegas to deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals, promote professional beauty brands, and become an expert through training opportunities.

You’ll handle store duties, process sales, maintain appearance, participate in inventories, and collaborate with a friendly team while enjoying benefits, a generous employee discount, and clear paths for growth within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Ability to travel on short notice with the District and Region as needed
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
