Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC in Vermont is seeking a motivated Key Holder to support store leadership, deliver exceptional customer service, and help maintain Skechers' premium shopping environment.

As a Floor Leader, you will supervise daily operations, mentor team members, drive sales, manage inventories, and ensure security and cleanliness while contributing to a welcoming, high-performing store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader/Store Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Skechers products to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security.
• Mentor and develop entry-level retail staff in customer service and sales.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory with store management to address needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
