Crossroads Trading Co. in Seattle is seeking a proactive Keyholder to support the management team with daily store operations and bring our brand promise to life: a fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience.

As a Keyholder, you will help drive Crossroads' values by creating an inclusive environment where customers and staff feel welcome to buy and sell second-hand fashion, and you will provide leadership during shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in retail (6 months+)

• Assist the management team with day-to-day store operations and help bring Crossroads' brand promise to life: a fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience for our communities.
• Lead during shifts, model guest service standards, and support loss prevention and merchandising execution.
