ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Key Holder, also known as a “Floor Leader,” at Skechers, you’ll take on an essential retail leadership role, contributing to store operations and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level management position involves overseeing daily operations, supporting sales goals, and maintaining the store's premium shopping environment. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to provide expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Supervise daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, security, and operational standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
  • Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock routines and collaborate with management on operational needs.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges proactively to ensure a smooth customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Problem-solving skills and organizational abilities
  • Ability to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for employees
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the store team
  • Acts with confidentiality and urgency
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
  • Previous retail supervisory experience preferred (not required)
  • Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
