Qualifications

• Nivel de educación: diploma de secundaria o equivalente preferible.
• Experiencia previa como Key Holder / Shift Leader es valorable.
• Habilidades de ventas para impulsar ingresos y cumplir objetivos.
• Excelente capacidad de comunicación escrita, verbal e interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Atención y gestión del servicio al cliente para garantizar una experiencia de compra excelente.
• Supervisar las operaciones diarias de la tienda y los procedimientos de apertura/cierre.
• Guiar y apoyar al equipo en ventas y operaciones diarias en retail básico.
• Contribuir a alcanzar objetivos de ventas mediante técnicas de venta efectivas.
• Ejecutar planes de merchandising, reabastecimiento y mantener la tienda limpia.
• Supervisar inventarios y coordinar con la dirección de la tienda.
