Responsibilities

• Gestione servizio al cliente e leadership operativa.
• Ruolo di leadership al dettaglio: apertura/chiusura negozio, protocolli di sicurezza.
• Guida e supporto al team in attività di vendita e operazioni quotidiane.
• Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.
• Gestione operativa del negozio: merchandising, riassortimento e mantenimento pulizia.
• Supervisione delle attività di magazzino e inventario in collaborazione con il management.
• Identificazione e risoluzione di problemi in negozio per un’esperienza cliente fluida.
