Helzberg Diamonds in Duluth, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive store sales and daily retail operations. You will participate in training programs while supporting the Store Manager in leading a team of associates.

The role requires 1–3 years of jewelry retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Relocation is a plus and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–3 years in jewelry retail sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or equivalent.
• Must be able to relocate.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven history of selling in a commission environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Lead team during selling presentations and close additional sales.
• Develop selling skills in team members to achieve store goals.
• Provide first response to difficult associate/customer interactions in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide outstanding customer service to Helzberg Diamonds' guests.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting top-performing associates.
