Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Collaborate with store team in sales presentations and close extra sales.
• Develop selling skills in team members to meet store goals.
• Provide first response to difficult associate or customer interactions in the Store Manager's absence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every Helzberg Diamonds guest.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting top-performing associates.
