Job summary

Helzberg Diamonds in Minnetonka, MN is seeking Assistant Managers who can drive sales and lead daily retail operations while progressing through our training programs for a Store Manager position.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years retail experience
• High School education required
• Proven history of selling in a commission environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
• Work as a team in a sales presentation to overcome customers objections and close additional sales
• Develop selling skills in team members to achieve store goals
• Provide first response to difficult associate and/or customer interactions in the Store Manager's absence
• Provide outstanding customer service to each and every Helzberg Diamonds' guest
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting top-performing associates
