Helzberg Diamonds in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist in directing daily retail operations and participate in company training toward a Store Manager position.

Requirements include 1–3 years of jewelry retail or sales experience, a High School diploma, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A track record of commission-based selling and strong communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
