Helzberg Diamonds is seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive sales and direct daily store operations in Gurnee, IL. You will support a Store Manager, lead the team, and participate in training programs to prepare for a Store Manager role.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of jewelry retail experience, strong commission sales history, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The pay range is $17.00 to $23.00 hourly with eligible benefits.
