Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a part-time Retail Janitor to uphold cleanliness and safety across our stores. You will perform janitorial duties and provide courteous customer service while ensuring store standards of hygiene and presentation.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 8 hours, and work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. Pay is $18.67 per hour, with Daily Pay available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning solution directions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break areas, and public spaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and partitions with cleaners.
• Sweep and mop floors; remove slip hazards.
• Vacuum carpets and dust furnishings as needed.
• Move heavy items when required and assist with snow removal.
• Follow safety protocols per OSHA and Goodwill policies.
• Provide courteous customer service and direct customers to departments.
