Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2+ years in a similar retail role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Physical stamina to lift/move heavy objects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic math skills for counting and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of inventory software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: verify shipments against invoices and manifests.
• Inventory Management: monitor, count, and reconcile stock levels.
• Send Sales: pick, pack, and ship orders as needed.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: keep stockroom organized and safe.
• Sales Team: assist with product location and inquiries.
• Collaboration: work with team to maintain efficiency.
• Adherence to Policies: follow inventory, safety, and ops guidelines.
• Keyholder: assist with opening & closing procedures.
