Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Newport Beach is seeking a Product Operations Educator to streamline store inventory, process shipments, and maintain product organization on the floor and in back of house. You will use RFID inventory counts and in-store technology to support efficient operations and guest experiences.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and processing per company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries, folding, sorting, and hanging for space optimization.
• Reconcile, package, and ship product to appropriate locations per standards.
• Adjust product displays and restock/destock to maintain store presentation.
• Support omnichannel programs like BOPIS and ship-from-store according to standards.
• Assist guests on the retail floor and connect them to the right team member.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and positive guest experiences.
