Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Support Associate for our Clinton, CT location. You will handle inventory processes, process shipments, and assist on the sales floor to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You’ll work to maintain stockroom organization, merchandise new products promptly, and support store leaders with visual directives and signage. This role offers part-time hours and opportunities for advancement within our brands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neat and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, signage, and presentations.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience aligned with our hospitality culture.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
