Job summary

KnitWell Group is looking for a Support Associate at Store 3600-Clinton Crossing Outlet-WHBM-Clinton, CT. You will manage inventory flows, restock merchandise, and assist on the sales floor to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining stockroom organization, updating floor sets, and upholding brand standards while collaborating with the team to deliver hospitality-driven service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills with reliable attendance.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store reflecting brand standards.
• Support visuals: update floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience aligned with hospitality culture.
• Promote teamwork and positive work environment.
