Job summary

Trulieve in Tampa is seeking a Temporary Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in leading store staff, tracking inventory, and meeting performance targets. This role ensures regulatory compliance and an exceptional patient experience.

The position is temporary and not expected to exceed six months. Key duties include inventory accuracy, audits, SOP adherence, opening/closing duties, and maintaining brand standards, while resolving patient issues and sustaining professional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with all levels of staff.
• Ability to communicate in English and operate basic office equipment.
• Respectful, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and enforce company SOPs and changes to staff.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Perform system adjustments and drive corrective actions.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff as needed.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Handle patient issues and escalations; build partner relationships.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
