Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Retail Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) to manage inbound and outbound inventory, ensure stock accuracy, and keep the stock room organized. The role supports sales goals by guaranteeing the floor is fully stocked and merchandise flows efficiently through processes and documentation.

The RICS will train and coach the sales team on inventory procedures, maintain compliance with company standards, and contribute to a productive, customer-focused store environment in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor.
