Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Retail Inventory Control Specialist to oversee all inbound and outbound inventory activities and keep the stockroom organized in our Greenville store.

You will ensure merchandise is accurately received, labeled, and prepared for the sales floor, while supporting replenishment, loss prevention guidelines, and store goals through precise data entry and collaboration with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail inventory management.
• Ability to accurately receive, process, and stock merchandise.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Foster organized stockrooms and ensure orderly inventory flow.
• Process all inbound/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries meet company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for selling floor and maintain signage compliance.
• Input freight information timely in the system.
• Train and coach staff on inventory procedures and customer impact.
• Maintain UPH productivity targets through efficient stock handling.
• Adhere to laws and company policies in inventory control.
