Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling.
• Willing to work mornings and travel to retail locations.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Pre-employment background and/or drug screen if required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory concerns with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Lead by example and demonstrate core values at all times.
