Retail Services WIS Corporation in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings to lead Inventory Associates, coach teams, and ensure accuracy across locations.

Starting wage is $20.00–$22.00 per hour with paid training, travel to retail sites, and opportunities for promotion. This role emphasizes discipline, accountability, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
