Qualifications

• Physical count of merchandise and cash using handheld device.
• 1 year of inventory auditing or retail experience in a convenience store.
• Valid driver’s license with current liability insurance.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise and cash in stores with handheld device.
• Notify store manager of wrong prices and out-of-code merchandise.
• Count and record cash, checks and food stamps in registers and safes.
• Verify money orders, lottery inventory and bank deposits.
• Verify gasoline inventory by sticking tanks and checking for water.
• Perform surveys to verify compliance with procedures.
• Work safely by following procedures, rules and regulations.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
