Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver (Part-Time) in the United States. The role offers a starting wage of $15.00–$18.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

You will drive to retail locations, count inventory with handheld scanners, and help ensure accuracy while meeting productivity goals. The position rewards performance with pay increases, travel opportunities, and a potential to earn more through the company’s incentive programs.

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
