WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate Driver. The role involves transporting staff to inventory events, counting inventory with handheld scanners, and maintaining accuracy. Flexible scheduling and paid training are offered, with performance-based pay increases.

No prior inventory experience is required; training is provided to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is ideal for active individuals who value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check, pre-employment screening and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including very early mornings and/or late nights.

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.

• Starting wage: $17.00 - $22.00
• The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for the employees who currently hold a comparable position

You Will Spend Most Of Your Shift

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable using handheld technologyAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

What Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
