Job summary

WIS International in Henderson, NV is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to help retailers count inventory accurately and travel between locations.

Starting wage is $15.00–$18.00 per hour with paid training, flexible scheduling, and potential increases up to $5.00 per hour based on performance. No prior inventory experience required; training provided. Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable using handheld scanners while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background checks, consumer report, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Availability for flexible schedules including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in inventory counts.
• Meet productivity goals to maximize earnings under the pay-for-performance program.
• Travel to multiple retail locations as needed.

What You'll Do

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Reliable transportation

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
