Job summary

WIS International seeks a part-time Retail Inventory Associate - Driver in Arkansas, starting wage $14.00–$18.00 per hour. You will count inventory with handheld scanners and safely transport teammates to events, ensuring accuracy and productivity.

Flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases are offered. No inventory experience is required; valid driver’s license is required and training is provided by the company.

• Must be at least 21 to qualify as van driver and 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.

You Will Spend Most Of Your Shift

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
