Job summary

WIS International in Monroe, LA is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate - Driver. Starting wage $12.50–$14.50 per hour with flexible scheduling and paid training. No prior inventory experience required—we provide comprehensive training and opportunities to earn more through performance-based pay.

You'll transport teammates to inventory events, count and record counts with handheld scanners, travel to retail locations, and uphold accuracy and efficiency while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 to drive a van and 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for 36 consecutive months.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently or with a team.

What You'll Do

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

You Will Spend Most Of Your Shift

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
