L.L.Bean in Freeport, Maine is seeking an Associate Retail Inventory Allocator to ensure right products in stores at the right time. You will use inventory systems, reporting, and cross-functional insights to maintain SKU and store inventory levels and support sales forecasts.

You’ll build your allocation expertise while learning from teammates, contributing to our inventory strategy, and collaborating across teams. Some office presence in Freeport is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong Excel and systems aptitude; BlueYonder exposure a plus.
• Ability to work in a systematic and organized approach with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned product categories with low to medium complexity.
• Use Fulfillment Replenishment and Dynamic Allocations to support store orders.
• Support retail inventory strategies and interpret merchandising and visual intent.
• Maintain accuracy in Replenishment, New to Floor, and New Store Fit-Up orders.
• Identify patterns in data and summarize conclusions clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet channel deliverables.
• Prioritize day-to-day tasks and adapt to change to achieve goals.
