Job summary

Your Talent Team in New York is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architect Designer / Project Professional to lead retail interiors drawing production, coordinate with consultants, and support construction-phase activities. The ideal candidate has strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD and deep experience in retail store planning and fixturing.

The role requires collaboration, travel for site surveys, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of professional experience, preferably in retail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Independent, creative thinker who can collaborate and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with retail store planning, fixturing and millwork design
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe Design products

Responsibilities

• Travel to conduct architectural site surveys
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD phases with retail-focused detailing
• Coordinate with external consultants to finalize construction documents
• Assist Project Manager with construction-document coordination for approvals
• Attend weekly OAC calls and review shop drawings/submittals; respond to RFIs
• Attend construction-site visits and manage punch-list activities as needed
