The role requires leading drawing production across SD to CD phases, coordinating with consultants, and supporting construction-phase activities in a hybrid New York office environment.

Competenze

• 3–8 years of professional experience, preferably retail-focused.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe Design products.

Mansioni

• Lead retail drawing production across SD, DD, CD with retail-focused detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants to produce complete construction documents for approvals and bidding.
• Support Project Manager in coordinating construction documents for approval.
• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls; review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Travel for site surveys and construction visits, including punch-list work.
