Newell Brands is seeking a part-time Yankee Candle Retail Interim 2nd Assistant Manager in Concord, NC. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports store operations, guest experience, and sales growth on an interim/seasonal basis.

The position requires prior retail management experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with retail software. Availability to work weekends and holidays is needed.

Competenze

• High School completion or GED.
• 2+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work weekends/holidays.
