Walmart is hiring a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician in Sacramento, CA. The role supports repair and maintenance of Walmart facility refrigeration and HVAC assets using commercial HVAC/R skills and various tools.

The position requires 2 years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Safety compliance and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment using hand tools, digital tools and power tools.
• Use work orders system to receive and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely and comply with safety policies.
• Adhere to OSHA and EPA guidelines in all work performed.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights as required.
