• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support teammates and peers with a positive attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy experience.
• Work with HR leader to address talent and staffing needs for each area.
• Lead focused recruiting to help store leaders hire candidates.
• Support team member training and continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Be approachable and listen to team members and act as needed.
• Deliver on HR processes to maximize engagement and minimize disruption.
• Follow company compliance policies and mitigate risk.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work safely; report hazards and correct where possible.
