Job summary

Living Shores is seeking a friendly Retail Host to welcome guests, assist with merchandise inquiries, and process purchases at park locations in New Hampshire. The role emphasizes guest service, upselling, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment while supporting team members and leadership.

Ability to stand for long periods, work evenings/weekends/holidays, and commute to park locations is required. Prior retail experience is helpful but not mandatory; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• No education required.
• Prior retail experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a smile at retail locations.
• Initiate conversations and assist with questions about merchandise or souvenirs.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, sales, and promotions.
• Use POS to finalize purchases and process payments.
• Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and presentable for guests.
• Ensure retail locations are clean and safe for guests.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and reporting.
• Support leadership and other duties as assigned.
