Job summary

Merlin is hiring a Retail Host for the Peppa Pig Theme Park in Dallas/Fort Worth. The role centers on delivering memorable guest experiences with high energy, friendly service, and proactive guest engagement.

You will help manage crowds, keep areas welcoming, and support smooth park operations with a cheerful demeanor. Ideal candidates bring 6–12 months in attractions or customer service, a dynamic personality, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to cover days, nights, weekends,

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
